Congratulations on booking your wedding and securing your bridal hair stylist. Now that your big day is in sight, it's time to start thinking about one of the most exciting parts of the wedding planning process, your bridal hair trial.

Your bridal hair trial is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other and to perfect your ideal bridal hairstyle for your wedding day. I'll talk through your vision with you for your perfect day, the theme for your wedding, your dress, your bridal party hair ideas. The whole vibe you are going for on your day. This all starts with you.

I hold my trials exclusively at my Essex salon, it's designed to be a welcoming, serene space, where you can relax and enjoy the journey to your prefect bridal hairstyle.

It's a good idea to book your wedding hair trial early, this will give us plenty of time to perfect your look. I recommend scheduling your trial about 2-3 months before your wedding day, as this is when your hair will closely resemble how it will look for your big day. That said, if you have a new hair goal in mind, maybe growing out your hair or starting a new hair care routine, an earlier trial can be just as beneficial. I can even arrange multiple trials for you if you'd like to experiment with different looks. After all, this is your day to shine.

When I have booked you in for your trial, I'll provide you with your personalised instructions on how to prepare your hair, this is based on your unique hair type. Preparation is key, so arriving to your trial with clean, dry hair will give me the opportunity to see your natural hair and what I will need to do to achieve your chosen bridal hairstyle. I'll guide you through every step of the process to ensure your hair is ready for your refined boho inspired look.

It's ideal if you've already chosen your wedding dress before the trial. The dress plays a huge role in how we design your bridal hairstyle as we'll want to consider the neckline and overall style of your dress. For those who want to get the full experience, wearing a top with a similar neckline to your dress can really help us visualise how your hair will complement your bridal look perfectly.

You don't need to have your final bridal hair style in mind just yet, we'll figure that out together. You may have already sent me your inspiration photos, if not bring them along with you, especially those of the beautiful boho styles you love. Whether you're drawn to loose waves, intricate braids, or a romantic updo, we'll work together to tailor your perfect look. We'll chat about what you love and what you'd prefer to avoid, crafting a style that feels unique to you.

Don't forget to bring along your hair accessories if you've chosen them already, and your veil if your have one. Don't worry if your not sure yet, we'll use a selection I hold in my salon to see what compliments your chosen style best, before your purchase your own for your wedding day.

I also hold a small selection of clip-in extensions for us to try if I feel they will benefit your style. If this option works I can then advise you on what you will need to purchase in time for your wedding. You might not have considered wearing hair extensions, however they can make a big difference on your final look, It's a good idea to be open minded and give them a go if they are needed. I'll help match the extensions to you hair colour and bridal style so they won't be noticeable, they will compliment your natural hair beautifully.

Finally, for a seamless experience, I recommend coming to your trial on your own. This allows us to fully focus on finding your unique bridal hairstyle and explore different options together. However, if having a friend of family member by your side gives your more confidence, that's absolutely fine too. It's all about making you feel comfortable and excited about your wedding hair.

I'll take photos and videos of your hair throughout your trail to look back through and compare the styles I have created for you from every angle, including accessories, a veil and different finishes. I will share these with your through your own personal account in my wedding hair planning app. this gives you the opportunity to make your final decisions and share with your bridal party if your choose to.
