Grey Blending Terms and Conditions.

1. Consultation fee

The consultation fee of £100 is non-refundable under any circumstances. It is however deducted from the total transformation investment. This fee covers our initial 60 minute consultation, during which I will assess your hair, discuss your expectation, lifestyle and preferences, and develop a bespoke grey blending plan.

2. Transformation and payment terms

- Cooling-Off Period: You are entitled to a 14 day cooling-off period after making your first or full payment. If you decide to cancel your transformation within this period, you will receive a full refund, minus any administrative or processing fees.

- Cancellation Within 1 Month of First Appointment: Should you choose to cancel your transformation within one month of your first appointment, a refund will be provided, minus a fee of £500 and any applicable processing fees.

- Cancellation During Transformation: Once the transformation process has begun (i.e, once the first in-salon session is complete), no refund will be given for any reason.

- Hair Dye During Transformation: If you dye your hair during the transformation process without prior consultation, your transformation will be terminated, and no refund will be provided.

3. Payment schedule

The total investment for your transformation is: £3000

Payment must be made in full before the start of the transformation process, or as per any agreed instalment plan.

Any instalment plan will be clearly outlined before commencement of the service. Failure to meet payment deadlines will result in the cancellation of future appointments and any payments made up to that point will be non-refundable.

4. What's included in the transformation

The transformation typically spans 3-6 months.

Appointments may include:

- Personalised colour service (including bleach or toning)

- All professional products used.

The number, frequency, and nature of the appointments are determined by professional judgment and tailored as your hair responds to the process.

5. Transformation journey and commitment

Each transformation is designed to suit your hair, lifestyle, and goals. At your first appointment we will agree on the plan and outcome.

Major changes mid-way (e.g, altering the colour direction) may void this agreement, and no refund will be issued.

Maintenance appointments are recommended every 3-9 months after the transformation.

Your hair's condition is crucial. If its is compromised by prior bleaching, heat or chemical damage, the transformation may be paused.
