Terms and Conditions.

 

Please read through my terms and conditions to be sure you are happy to continue with the booking. By booking with Wedding Hair Refined, you agree that you and all members of the wedding party having their hair styled by Wedding Hair Refined are covered by the following terms and conditions.

 

 

Booking fee and payment.

 

A £50 non refundable booking fee is required to hold the wedding date. This cost will be deducted from the final balance invoice. The invoice for the wedding day costs will be sent 6 weeks prior to the wedding date. Full payment will then be due at 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.

 

 

Additional costs.

 

A travel cost is added for any location over 5 miles from the Hair Refined address. This will be charged at 50p per mile over a 10 mile round trip and will include any parking and toll costs. If accommodation is need this will be discussed and additional costs added. When a change of location for wedding hair styling is needed a charge of £30 will be added. All additional costs will be added to your final balance invoice.

 

 

Trials.

 

Trials take place at my salon, Hair Refined. Trials are charged on the trial date, separately to the wedding day costs. A trial is advised for every bride. We work on your hair as it is at that time, we take no responsibility if you change your hair in any way before the wedding day, if you change the chosen style before the wedding day and if hair isn't prepared in the way we asked for the wedding morning. A bridal schedule is given to you in advance, we take no responsibility for lateness of the bridal party or their hair not prepared as asked.

 

 

Cancellations.

 

If the wedding hair booking is cancelled or changed for any reason within 4 weeks of the wedding date, you are liable to pay the full amount minus additional cost that have not yet been paid for. If I am forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances I will give a full refund including booking fee, we will do all we can to help make other arrangements. No further compensation will be offered. We strongly advise you to get wedding insurance to cover you in these situations.
